What is Unprepared Mustard?

If you look at the label on the yellow mustard you buy at the store, it says it is "prepared mustard." This led me to the obvious question of, "So what is unprepared mustard?" I had a funny thought of a jar of mustard with arms and legs caught in the rain without an umbrella: Unprepared Mustard.

I decided to start selling t-shirts online, and thought this would also be a great name for the site. So after a lot of work,
unpreparedmustard.com is live.
